Description
We are now recruiting a Vice President responsible to handle a team of Finance Managers and Accountants of the Company. The Candidate is expected to handle a portfolio of Company. Managing a broad range of roles requiring constant interaction with the internal and external parties. Perform role of the Head of Finance for portfolio companies. Perform the primary responsibility for managing the company's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, Banking & financial reporting. Ensure timely deliverable and strict compliance to the timelines for various MIS. Maintain good relations with the Banks and ensure timely availability of finance for various business requirements. Acting as a principal point of contact with the senior management. Minimum 10 year post qualification experience chartered accountant with good understanding of accounting, book keeping and various strategic roles Good communication skills and corporate etiquettes to deal with senior management. Growth and target oriented. Good spoken English. Ability to develop relationship with internal departments, customers, Supplier and Bankers. Guiding the team in handling suppliers and payment issues. Overseeing the treasury and ensure adequate liquidity. Discussing receivable position with the senior management and assisting them to form strategies to insure timely collection. Guiding the team in handling day to day queries relating to financial matters. Guiding offsite team in implementing financial control. Attending various VAT related matters at senior level. Discussing cash flow position with the senior management and advise them on various risk and mitigate risk. Discuss detailed business plan and budget with the senior management.
