Description
We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team. This role provides analytical and administrative support to the Commercial Financing Team by preparing impartial and detailed written financial analysis on lending requests. The selected applicant will collaborate closely with the Credit Administration team to ensure that all loan terms and conditions agreed upon with borrowing clients are followed. Gathering and analyzing third-party data such as financial accounts, rent rolls, appraisals, environmental evaluations, and other credit information are among the responsibilities. The successful applicant will also guarantee that all credit and other risks are correctly recognized, as well as mitigants.
