Description
Tasks include: To do all works concerning the company (office automation and trading and tendering division) & day to day routine, Manage trading and tendering division, To prepare and maintain the following: Cash book, Account payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger (profit & loss, balance sheet & trial balance), To prepare all business plans, annual budgets, quote for tenders, maintain on line stock control sheet and provide relevant information as required and To open and settle all L/Cs pertaining to the company group of companies.
