Description
Requirements: Reviews all accounts listed on the High Balance Report on a daily basis and ensure that the letter of credits are available for each and every account which is mentioned in this report as city ledger. Makes daily check on guest-in-house accounts especially “walk ins”, questions accounts over BD. 200/= for additional credit information and prepare the report with the approval of Manager, Guest Service and Room Revenue. Regularly follow up on individuals and companies with accounts past due in order to effect prompt collections. Maintain a current file on returned cheques and ensure that cheque is cleared in the same month.
