Description
Following are the responsibilities for this position AR Outstanding - sending Statement of Accounts to the customer as and when required, Sales/Collection (Cash and cheque) and deposit - report daily to head office, Receipts collection and booking in system on daily basis, Coordination with customers on email sending for the listing of new items, Salaries - processing, Management of petty cash, AP Cycle - All purchases - entry and costing / Inventory monitoring in system /Supplier payment cycle - preparation of documents to process any payment and handling all suppliers, Production entries - Powder and offer pack entries, Bank reconciliation every month end.
