Description
Scope: To manage the Luxury Spa's Day. Facilities included spa, nails, VIP suite, salon, gym and café’ and ensure that Spa operations meet with the established standards, best practices and full P&L accountability. Including training of: senior spa receptionist, senior spa therapists, senior hairstylist, and senior personal trainer. Manage booking systems, treatment menus, stock, people development and human resources related including assist in the development of the upcoming new projects.
