Description
Cafe Operations Manager required for immediate hire. Responsibilities include: Manage day-to-day operations of the café, Management of all staff issues, Onboard new staff and baristas, Ensure the standard is maintained at all the times, Conducting random and regular audits of each of the locations, Stock and inventory system, Creating a cafe operations manual, Re-costing of all menu, Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations, Develop Standard Operating Procedures, Review and analyze monthly food costs and wastage, highlight problems areas and take appropriate action to rectify poor performance, Review and analyze all suppliers to ensure we maintain a very cost effective suppliers.
