Description
The Head of Operations is mainly responsible for leading the implementation of strategies to manage all aspects of the Company’s properties including upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. In addition, the purpose is to maintain refurbishments and other building advancements in terms of bidding, developing and procuring and to act as the organization's representative with the suppliers and contractors. Responsible for managing all projects ensuring they are completed on time and on budget, whilst maintaining quality and safety standards. Duties include: Strategic Development, Line management of the Head of Health & Safety and the Head of Security, Line management of the Maintenance team, To contribute to formulating the operations strategy by assisting in the evaluation of the site and usage options and proposing creative and inspiring suggestions for improvements.
