Description
The Head of Operations is mainly responsible for leading the implementation of strategies to manage all aspects of the Organisation's properties including upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. In addition, the purpose is to maintain refurbishments and other building advancements in terms of bidding, developing and procuring and to act as the representative with the suppliers and contractors.
