Female Business Assistant to CEO will liaise and assist for all Sales, Business needs as instructed by the Business Director/CEO. She would report to the Business Director or Business Manager. You would also be part of the management suggesting your business inputs. Salary Range - Negotiable for Right Candidate. Preferable Bahraini. Fresh graduates/No Experience can apply. Job purpose: Business Assistant serve as the channel sales for the company to generate sales and revenue for the products and services. They are responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. You will be expected to liaise closely with our clients throughout the duration of their projects, often on a daily basis to manage administrative and project work, ensuring that this is all completed on time and budget. Responsibilities: Personal Assistant to Business Director/CEO, Creating and following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, Planning and preparing presentations, Providing management with feedback, Participate in Events, exhibitions locally and regionally, Making Sales and Marketing Calls. Goals we'll measure you by: Sales Revenue + Business Targets, Number of deals closed with SME/organizations/associations, Events & Exhibitions attended and Daily Traction generated from the venues and/or activities. An ideal candidate would have: Negotiation skills, Self-initiative & motivate, Business knowledge and Make the best decisions, Excellent communication skills, planning, and organizing skills, Ability to write structured formal emails, Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market, IT Consulting with clients on IT business issues and providing solutions, Energy and enthusiasm; candidates must find the word "fun" and enjoy being accountable. Technical skills required: Knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Office applications and Basic Technical knowledge of computer hardware and software. Language skills required Good English reading and writing skills, Good Arabic reading and writing skills. Contract length: 12 months. Work Remotely: Temporarily due to COVID-19.
