Description
Responsibilities: You will conduct business studies to identify processes or procedures to improve effectiveness or efficiency of manpower use. You will identify methods to assess workload or manpower requirements to optimize manpower utilization. You will analyze human resources statistical data (e.g., gains, losses, promotions) to determine if adjustments are needed. You will develop documentation or reports to summarize results of manpower assessments or studies. You will recommend solutions that promote the effective use of available manpower resources. You will create spreadsheets, graphs or charts to report data trends to senior leaders.
