Description
Responsible for leasing over 100,000 sqm of grade A office space. In a hypercompetitive market you must be able to engage professionally with blue-chip tenants who may be settled elsewhere and induce them to move. Working in a small team, so needs to be capable, act autonomously and think creatively. You will be working closely with the CEO and Head of Leasing to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
