Description
You will be responsible for: Documenting all customer interactions using the company’s support documentation templates and systems. Adhere to the quality assurance and quality control processes for all offerings. Follow the training guides outlined by the team lead/manager. The assigned tasks will require working on night shifts, during holidays and weekends. Capture, define and document customer technical and system parameter requirements remotely.
