Description
Responsibilities: You will manage the administration of real estate products and services in support of installations and activities located in the area of consideration. You will communicate the strategic plan, mission and values to the team and ensure they are integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services. You will research public laws and existing DOD, Federal, and agency policies and practices to resolve complex problems and make recommendations on how processes can be improved. You will serve as the subject matter expert for all matters related to the administration of government leased facilities and associated real estate matters. You will provide lease data for budget submissions which may include rent, maintenance of real property and utilities.
