Description
Primarily responsible for all training coordination through effective communication with partners and vendors. Ensuring active participation of all employees in the classroom and outsourced training sessions. To assist the Assistant Training Manager in conducting on-site audits for training and developmental tools. Ensure that the training room and venue is maintained for all training related activities by coordinating all training logistics in the successful branding of the Training & Talent division of the Human Resources.
