Description
Job Purpose: The Customer Services Manager is responsible for the overall day to day running of the Customer Services Department with specific focus on the performance of the team in terms of both quality and productivity. The Call Centre has been structured to provide telephone assistance to customers (internal and external) when making inquiries, logging in customer requests, booking pickups and inquiries with regards to delayed or missing shipments. The Customer Services Manager is instrumental in managing this team that handles approximately 450 calls and 30 traces a day at peak times.
