Join us as a Front Office Night Receptionist and be a part of the dynamic team. You will be expected to: Greet and welcome the guests as per the brand standards Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. Manage online and phone reservations. Handle guests’ queries and complaints courteously and politely Ensure high level of guest satisfaction from guest’s arrival until their departure . Perform night auditing tasks as assigned
