Description
What is expected: Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience as a Procurement Manager in a 5-star hospitality company. Preferably experienced in the Middle East. Excellent understanding of Food hygiene and supply chain management using relevant tools and software. In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms. Minimum of a high school diploma in Financial Accounting / College degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred. Excellent Excel skills and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Financial and IBM Planning Systems. Minimum 1 year' experience as a Finance Specialist in a Supervisory role / similar experience in a 5 star hospitality industry.
