Description
To handle all incoming phone call to Housekeeping Department, log it in the Message Book, follow up with the person concern and get feedback from respective person about the follow up and log it in the Message book. To make sure all information logged in the Message Book accurate and readable to everyone. To provide a courteous and efficient telephone manner according to hotel standards. To maintain the knowledge of Villa Standard Setup, the product and the Service standard procedure. To prepare fruit and flower Request one day in advance daily. To follow up and discuss with Superior in regards of special order by client on such item to be prepare in the Villa e.g. Flower Bouquet etc. To check Supplies, Stationary, Amenities stock in Housekeeping store and prepare weekly Store requisition one day in advance before issuing day. To read and understand Supervisor Log book, Outlook mail, Guest arrival list and update any information from Supervisor or Section Head regarding special event, guest request and activities, discuss and confirm about the information and then follow it up with respective person. Responsible in hard copy filing (all kind of document required), to do file clearance every month end and prepare new file folder for coming month. Previous month file to be collected in one particular area and save it in the proper way base on the standard. To ensure all files filled in the respective folder (no mix up), filed in order and tidy.
