Description
Circulates library items and equipment, processes intercampus deliveries and reserve requests, creates and updates records, fulfills requests for library items and services, and responds to enquiries to provide circulation, intra and inter-library loan, reserves, and information services. Disputes, such as penalty assessments, are resolved. Performs basic troubleshooting and light maintenance on equipment to guarantee appropriate operation. Maintains stacks and serials in the library. Uses a cash register to balance and record cash receipts. Staff are trained and directed in their job. In the absence of the Division Head or a Librarian, is in charge of the Library.
