Knowledge: Evidence of up to date knowledge of the IGCSE Cambridge / British Curriculum, Understanding of the significance of our school ethos and Understanding of the requirements of good classroom management. Skills and Abilities: Commitment to curriculum continuity between the phases, Commitment to continuously updating and maintaining planning, Meticulous record keeping of student records and intervention strategies. Able to provide a practical commitment to an equal opportunities policy of inclusivity and Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
