What's On Your Plate? As a Country Project Coordinator, your job will be to plan, oversee and lead Talabat projects from initiation through to completion. You will be required to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. You will be the go-to person for everything involving projects’ organization and timeline. What’s On Your Plate? Lead project planning sessions, Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget, Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility, Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, Ensure projects meet deadlines, Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, Report and escalate to management as needed, Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, Perform risk management to minimize project risks, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, Report projects progress to management and stakeholders on a regular basis. What Did We Order? 1-3 years experience in project management, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any other related field, Attention to detail, Strong team player, Conflict resolution skills, Fluent in English and in Arabic, Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
