Job Description: identify Project technical requirements, Coordinate all project information to produce construction documents, Value engineering-oriented, easing construction methodologies and adopting new techniques to reduce time and cost, Liaise with Engineer’s technical team, This is a must requirement considering the complexity of construction with several trades and the magnitude of each trade involved, To organize the technical documentation and information process, Form and manage the technical team, Suggest better systems of the industry, Proper documentation, Construction made easy with innovative techniques and Quality - Quicker approvals and fewer revisions on submittals •Reduced paperwork. Requirements: Engineering Graduate, 15 to 20 years of experience in professional companies and large-size projects, Should know to identify, plan, prepare, submit, distribute, implement, coordinate, and monitor all technical documents like Material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, inspection test plans, inspections, QA/QC set-up, and implementation other related activities.
