Description
Duties are: Set sales targets and implement strategy to achieve the agreed sales targets, Drive the sales of High-end VIP sales through the bespoke service and high-end category, Meet with VIP customers on an ADHOC basis, Implement measures to evaluate individual and team sales performance, Identify training need and implement training in order to develop a sales team well versed in the art of luxury sales, Input into the merchandise planning of products across boutiques, Liaise with VM Manager to set up a visually appealing layout and space plan for the boutiques, Manage the sales teams through training, coaching and communication in order to achieve the highest customer service levels and Implement strategy with the boutique managers in order to achieve the agreed financial objectives.
