Fresh Bahraini Graduates Are Welcome To Apply. Training will be provided. Start date: As soon as possible. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Professional to join the team. As a Sales Professional, you are a part of the milestones of our customers’ lives. You will be building meaningful relationships, fulfilling your client’s needs, and ensuring each client receives a personalized experience. JOB DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Receive and engage with the customer to understand their requirements, Introduce various jewelry product offerings to the customers and facilitate customer buying decisions, Willingness to understand and seek knowledge of the local jewelry market, Ensures regular increase in sales of jewelry products and meets/exceeds set targets, Monitor stock and ensure adequate stock for sales, Responsible for a proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter free from dust and dirt daily, Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and address them with the right solution. Requirements: Excellent communication and fluency in Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi is a plus, Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues, Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, Willingness to keep learning and maintain high integrity at all times.
