Description
We are hiring passionate, dynamic Commis who is committed to deliver service to enhance guest experience. Assist in preparation of ‘misse en place’ and other food preparation as instructed. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Follow HACCP standards and other established hotel standards. Assist in opening and closing procedures. Adheres to Hotel policies and procedures. Self-motivated, High attention to detail. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Will be able to work and stand work pressures that goes with the job. Willing to learn new things. Experience in the same position for at least 1 year in a hotel environment desired. Certification in Culinary or related field.
