Description
Qualification & Experience: Hotel Management graduate or Culinary Degree with minimum 3 Years certification. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as Sous Chef. Experienced in 5* star hotels / Stand-alone Fine dining restaurants. Sound knowledge & experience in International cuisine. Up-to-date with culinary skills.
