The Resort Manager must be a natural leader who thinks like a business owner and enjoys building community in the workplace. He or she must recognize that workers are our most valuable asset and endeavor to assist them grow. A Resort Manager must also be interested in a company's finances and how earnings are created. He or she must have high expectations for the visitor experience and think that there is always a solution to every difficulty. The Resort Manager will oversee the resort's day-to-day operations and will work tirelessly to improve the visitor experience, staff happiness, efficiency, and profitability.
