Our services have also expanded beyond the kitchen to include groceries - Shop Kitopi, subscription-based meal plans, and a first of its kind on-demand food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 50 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait, thanks to more than 1000 amazing Kitopians and we can’t wait for you to join us. What You'll Do: Conduct financial and operational due diligence on incoming pipelinedeals of acquisitions, Define value capture plan for each acquisition, Support on defining value creation plans, Recommend path forward on integration in alignment with key business stakeholders, Define post-merge integration plans including process, roles and milestones, Project manage integration, supporting teams in delivering on time, Act as point of contact for brand during integration and until steady state and ensure smooth handover, Continuously improve process to drive value capture. What Are We Looking For? 3+ years of project management experience, Deep analytical mindset and capabilities, Ability to independently drive solutions to problems that arise, in a short period of time, Strong people and interpersonal skills.
