Description
This project is by a top hospitality company in Bahrain. Responsible for designing, organizing, and coordinating training and learning interventions and operations. Anticipate training requirements in the market and work in conjunction with the trainers and brand operations to close gaps through effective training programs. Monitor all training activities and the coordination of training operations along with the team. Maintain all training and performance related MIS and improvise on them from time to time. Ensure that employee career progression and development are aligned using learning plans and create a sustained development curve. Bachelor's degree or college diploma in hotel management. 4 years experience in similar role. Lead & Develop Team. With knowledge in administrative and clerical procedures & systems (word processing, MIS, managing files/records, and other office procedures/terminology). Excellent MS Office skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Good command in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
