Description
We are a dynamic and innovative recruitment agency seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team. Our whole recruitment strategy will be managed by the Executive Recruiter. Headhunting and proposing individuals for permanent or temporary roles with client firms is the responsibility of the Executive Recruiter. Principal Responsibilities: In charge of delivering the recruitment process, Fully capable of managing the recruiting cycle autonomously, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to applicant referral, Sourcing and headhunting talent from the area and outside the GCC and Capable of leading a small team of recruiting experts. Prerequisites: The ideal applicant will have a degree in HR or a similar subject and at least 5 years of demonstrated performance in a "headhunting" setting and Candidates must be accessible in Bahrain, and priority will be given to Arabic speakers.
