Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work in collaboration with Recruiters on all parts of the hiring process. Posting requisitions, prescreening for employment eligibility, arranging pre-employment testing, scheduling interviews, background and compliance verification, conveying applicant status, and planning orientation and training dates are all part of the job. You will also be in charge of applicant monitoring as well as all complex reporting demands for your allocated requisitions. You will be allocated a target area or department inside the company while working as part of a centralized recruitment coordination team. As you develop and as hiring priorities shift across departments, you will also have the option to serve other employment verticals.
