Description
Responsibilities: You will analyze recruitment processes to assure quality and consistency in the administration of a recruitment program. You will manage recruitment processes from request-to-fill to entrance-on-duty for an organization. You will develop solutions for confronting challenges impacting an overseas workforce. You will inform senior leaders on the progress achieved toward meeting overseas hiring goals. You will supervise a staff of human resources performing work in more than one functional area of human resources (e.g., Staffing and Recruitment, Labor and Employee Relations, Human Resource and Career Development, Position Classification). You will plan human resource workload assignments to ensure timelines are met. You will manage overseas entitlements to ensure compliance with State Standardized Regulations.
