Description
Role and Responsibilities: Provide managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to manage their people in line with our performance management guidelines; providing constructive feedback, career growth guidance. Contribute to the development of the wider HR strategy and work closely with the station manager and Regional HR Team to ensure consistent and coordinated services across the station. Partner with the station manager and functional heads to identify and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes, resulting in a proper manpower plan. Lead the implementation of the manpower plan and ensure vacancies are managed and filled in line with the approved budget and executed as per the Talent Acquisition process.
