Description
In the press room or in the welding / assembly areas, the manufacturing overseer controls the actions of the hourly labor force. The supervisor works closely with production personnel under the leadership of the Plant/ Operations/General Manager to ensure the highest possible level of productivity while respecting the quality standards that our customers require. The Supervisor assures the best possible use of machinery, materials and other resources. The supervisor is a catalyst for constructive relationships between employees which reflect the companies' interests in all relationships with workers.
