The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for assuring in-process product quality, and compliance to existing regulations (FDA QSR: Quality System Regulation, ISO: International Standards, Divisional Policies, Divisional and Site procedures, GMP: Good Manufacturing Practices), while also ensuring compliance to existing policies and procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct product inspections as required (routine/special projects) including all applicable ORACLE Functions Required, Generate reports on quality related data (NCs, Holds, etc.) as needed, Participate on teams working on improvements to the quality system and continuous improvement projects, Support complaint investigations, audits (internal and external), etc, Perform specific departmental tasks such as audit preparation, records management, complaint investigation, and ORACLE transactions as required, Responsible for Ensuring training to Controlled documents and ensuring new procedures are reviewed by correct employees and training is documented correctly, Ensure compliance to company policies/standards regarding Environmental, Safety and Health and quality, Generate Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance as required. This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices, and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations, and statutes related to the site). Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. The Individual: High School or equivalent required, Less than University Degree (Associate degree) or technical equivalent preferred Minimum 2 – 3 years of quality assurance or relevant experience, Knowledge of quality policies and procedures, Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, Basic computer skills are also required as most task will be done daily on a computer, Education requirements can be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience.
