Description
We are searching for a candidate with a nice demeanor, strong technical expertise, and the ability to successfully connect with end users in order to comprehend their technical challenges and provide solutions in a calm and patient manner. The System Administrator reports to the Manager, IT Operations, and is part of a small cross-functional team that maintains the corporate networks, servers, storage, and applications working smoothly, efficiently, and securely. This position provides end-user Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a variety of network devices, applications, and desktop systems, as well as managing small-scale technology implementation projects.
