Description
The Business Development Executive brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; Initiate sales and attain the company’s sales objectives in ICT Infrastructure, IT Security Solutions & Software solutions. Frequent travel to customers. Responsible for the customer relation, customer communication, the content of the quotation, T&C, pricing. Identify client’s disagreements with the intention of managing and resolving them. Prepare budget appropriation with customers and company administrators. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization. Sustain and broaden relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure the delivery of sales presentations to superior executive officers. Customer Acumen - Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape. Business Planning - Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
