Looking for a Jewellery group General Manager, for a a group of +5 watches & jewellery boutiques in Bahrain Kingdom Saudi Arabia. Skills Position Requirements: Graduate degree in Marketing, Finance, or MBA recommended. At least 8 years’ experience in product management or general management (preferably in Jewelry environment). Solid knowledge of marketing practices, & Highly developed team management skills. Visionary and execution driven + Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated track record of leadership and influence. Arabic and English proficiency. Strong relationship management skills (work closely with international brand representatives). Job Overview: Responsible for ensuring maximum value generated by Jewelry in keeping with Group values. Responsible for developing growth and competitive strategies for Jewellery. Responsible for overseeing Jewelry brand strategy and geographic presence. Responsible for evaluating, coaching, and providing growth opportunities to top management.
