Description
The candidate will be responsible for understanding the companies’ ICT Solutions, promoting the solution to customers, supporting the solution, and offering them thru the GCC market. The candidate will also work closely with the marketing team to produce company/product content to be used to market the company’s services and solutions. Main responsibilities: Pre-sales involves giving detailed information about technical specifications and the ways in which they could meet a customer's needs. This often includes demonstrating those features before a sale, Sales involves negotiating a commercial agreement and closing the opportunity, Technical support, which follows the sale, may include solving faults and problems, or maximizing the use of software features, as well as advising on appropriate user training. Job Role: Organizing and attending a client sales meeting, Demonstrating and presenting products, Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable, Developing Sales Business plan, forecasts, and progress reports, Meeting Monthly Sales KPI, Creating and maintaining client database and relationship, Supporting the company’s solutions and services, Client technical support, Acquiring/Developing new products and solution, Customer Cold calls, Establishing a new business, maintaining accurate records, Attending exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, Developing Proposals and Presentations, Negotiating contracts and packages, Developing product content for marketing. Skills: Sales and Marketing background, A strong relationship with corporates, Familiar with organizations key stakeholders and decision-makers, Strong understanding of ICT products and services: Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Application development, self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude, passion, dedication, and focus, a good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses stamina, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure, articulate and confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner, time-management skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload attention to detail, persuasive and influential verbal communication skills, strong team spirit, business awareness. Job Type: Full-time. Experience: ICT Skills: 3 years (Required), Sales and Marketing: 3 years (Required).
