Description
Qualifications required: Arabic speaking Expat or can be Bahraini, Experience – Minimum - 3 – 5 Yrs with GCC experience and Bachelors Degree in Business / Sales Management. Skills required: Interpersonal Skills and relationship building capabilities, Strong decision-making, Maintain time management Skills, Excellent Oral and written Communication skills, Teamwork and Leadership skills and Excellent analytical skills. Job Description: Designing various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability, Negotiate customer contracts including price, specifications, terms and conditions, Maintaining an efficient relationship with all international customers, Recommending improvements in the existing sales plans and strategies, Preparing monthly reports and setting targets for the next month, Finding appropriate client for each product to ensure maximum profit, Achieve set sales and financial targets, Develop and implement an operational plan and provide forecast to executive management, Analyze and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market, Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company and Establish sales campaigns targeted at product markets.
