Description
Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Work with other team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process. Liaising with other salesman within the Group. Noting down the suggestions and complaints made by the customers and report them management. Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
