Description
We IntexArabia are reputed and known Decorative Construction Materials, suppliers and Contractors in Bahrain and Mainly in Saudi Arabian Market. We offer a healthy, safe, and growing work environment. Our main operations are in Saudi Market and Bahrain office is just a support facility for our team. We are looking for a female, junior position, to support our sales & marketing team as a coordinator and support services representative. The right candidate will be responsible for. Send & Receive emails, follow up with clients and make sure timely response, Prepare price quotes, invoices and Record Keeping, Assist the Director to schedule and plan the upcoming events,Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested,Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Requirements: Locally available in Bahrain, 90 days probationary period, Must be experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Proficiency in English, Arabic and Urdu are an advantage, Active and responsible to manage the office alone and independently, Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus, Well-organized and responsible with positive attitude, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
