Description
The role plays an important role in implementing, organizing, monitoring & optimizing performance of the IT Solutions installed; brings the support of IT to different levels, to achieve efficient high-end service in compliance with Roche standards. Additionally, he/she will Provide high level knowledge support to customers on the product family under responsibility, transferring on-the-job product knowledge to local sales teams, while maximizing opportunities on channel-filling and adoption of new diagnostic tests.
