Description
What's On Our Plate: Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales related matters (Logistics). Resolve Technical issues on time for restaurants (location, restaurant portal, 9cookie.etc). Monitor the status of the restaurant to make sure all systems are running smoothly. Partner support in different ways such as (emails, phone, remote control). Update and monitor the closed restaurants. Manage quality accounts of the restaurant, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolve operations issues between partner restaurants, users/partner restaurants, and users.
